NHA Punjab-North Invites e-Bids for 49 Routine Maintenance Works — Deadline 2026-07-09

Issuer: National Highway Authority (NHA), Punjab-North Region (Central Zone). NHA invites electronically submitted bids (e-Bids) for 49 routine maintenance works on national highways (majority on N-5 and N-80 and two on LEBP). Bids must follow NHA bidding documents and be submitted through the NHA e-bidding portal. Prospective bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

Key requirements and instructions:

- PEC category: C-5 & Above (CE-01 & CE-10 disciplines shown).
- Bid security equal to 2% of the Engineer’s Estimate for each location, to be submitted as Pay Order/CDR in favour of National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund – Security Deposit).
- Method of Procurement: Single Stage Two Envelopes (technical & financial). Detailed terms and conditions are in the bidding documents available on the specified websites.
- Registration: Prospective bidders must be registered on the PPRA/NHA e-procurement portals as required (eprocure.gov.pk and NHA e-bidding portal).

Submission and opening:

- Submission deadline (last date): 2026-07-09 up to 1100 hours (local).
- Technical e-Bids will be opened on 2026-07-09 at 1130 hours (local) in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial e-Bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later as per procedure.
- A bidder declared lowest evaluated in two (02) RM contracts of FY 2026-27 will have no further financial bids opened (limitation on awarded RM contracts per firm).
