Tender: Procurement for Strengthening Points of Entry & Border Health Services — Ambulances, Infrared Scanners, Testing Equipment, RO Plants, Solar Systems

Issuer: Border Health Services – Pakistan, Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination (Project: “Strengthening of Points of Entry and Border Health Services – Pakistan”). Procurement through Open Competitive Bidding under Rule 20 and Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure (Rule 36(b)) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Submission method: Bids must be submitted online through EPADS and also delivered in hard form to the office of the Project Director, Border Health Services – Pakistan, Karachi. Hard copies must be submitted on the respective bid date by 01:00 PM.

Opening & evaluation: Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM. Financial bids of only technically responsive bidders will be opened subsequently after completion of the technical evaluation in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004.

Eligibility: Eligible manufacturers, importers, authorized dealers and distributors of the PSDP Project may participate. Bidders should refer to EPADS and PPRA websites for detailed specifications, terms & conditions, and the list of required documents.

Additional notes: The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Procurement is subject to availability/release of PSDP funds for the financial year 2026-27.
