MEPCO Multan - Notice Inviting Tender for Safe Handling, Transportation, Shifting & Erection of HT/LT Poles and Stringing Works (Various Divisions) – Closing 2026-07-09

Issuer: Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO), Project Director (Construction), MEPCO HQ Multan.

MEPCO invites electronic bids (through the PPRA e-procurement / EPADS portal) from firms duly approved and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) — valid for 2026-27 with relevant specializations EE-04, EE-05, and CE-10 — for multiple packages involving safe handling, transportation, shifting and erection of HT/LT spun poles and stringing works of HT/LT lines across MEPCO divisions.

Sample locations/divisions included: Khanewal, Mian Channu / Abdul Hakim, Kabir Wala, Jahanian, Chishtian, Haroonabad / Fort Abbas, Muzaffar Garh, R.Y. Khan, Liaqat Pur, Sahiwal, Pakpattan, Arif Wala, Mailsi, Burewala, Vehari, Jam Pur (various packages across these divisions).

Key submission & eligibility requirements:

• Only electronic bids submitted via the PPRA e-procurement (EPADS) portal will be accepted. Manual bids will not be entertained.
• Bidding documents and detailed terms & conditions are available for download on the EPADS portal (eprocure.gov.pk).
• Original bid security of 2% of the quoted amount in the form of CDR (without validity limit) and proof of relevant experience must be deposited in the office of the Accounts (Project Director Construction MEPCO HQ, Khanewal Road, Multan) before the bid submission deadline (by 11:00 AM) by the contractor or authorized representative, along with separate application on company letterhead. Bids received without the required original security will not be considered.
• New/fresh bidders must provide documentary evidence of relevant experience and satisfactory past performance from organizations where similar works were executed, and upload these documents with their bids.
• MEPCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, wholly or partly, without assigning any reason.

• Bid opening (same day): 2026-07-09 at 02:30 PM in presence of the Bid Opening Committee and participating bidders (who choose to attend).
