Tender: Procurement for Strengthening Points of Entry & Border Health Services (Karachi) — Bid Deadline 2026-07-10

Issuer: Government of Pakistan — Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination; Border Health Services – Pakistan (PSDP Project: "Strengthening of Points of Entry & Border Health Services – Pakistan"). The Project Director invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, importers, authorized dealers and distributors for procurement under PSDP.

Procurement method: Open Competitive Bidding under Rule 20 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 using Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure (Rule 36(b)). Bidding documents with specifications, terms and conditions, and the list of required items are available on EPADS and PPRA websites.

Submission and opening:

• Bids must be submitted through EPADS and also delivered in hard copy to the office of the Project Director, Border Health Services – Pakistan, Karachi.
• Hard-copy submissions will be received up to 01:00 PM on the stated submission date; technical bids will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM. Financial bids of only technically responsive bidders will be opened after completion of technical evaluation in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004.
• Procurement is subject to availability/release of PSDP funds for financial year 2026-27.
