The Military Accountant General Office, Rawalpindi (Pakistan Military Accounts Department - PMAD) invites e-bids from eligible bidders for the procurement, installation and configuration of 8 Web Application Firewall (WAF) licences for FY 2026-27. Bidding will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using Single Stage-One Envelope and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
