Responsible for legal advisory, corporate governance, compliance with Companies Act 2017, SOE Act 2023 and other applicable laws, and providing secretarial services to the CEO and Board/Committees. |

Will assist the GM in managing legal, governance and compliance functions and support the Board and Committees. |

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, CPA, CFA, CMA, or Bachelor's degree with 16 years of education in Finance/Accounting from a recognized institution. Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role in accounting/finance/treasury within a large corporate entity. Responsible for accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements, treasury operations and forecasting for PIAHCL and its subsidiaries. |
Location: Islamabad.
General conditions: All positions are based in Islamabad. A 05-year general age relaxation in the upper age limit is admissible where applicable. Shortlisted candidates must submit a prescribed declaration on non-judicial stamp paper when required. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant prior experience. PIAHCL reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
