District Health Authority Rawalpindi invites interested, experienced parties to attend an open auction for demolition material (with material) and dismantling of old buildings at specified sites in Rawat/Murree.

Auction date & time: 2026-07-09 at 10:30 hours. Venue: Site (Zilla Council Rest House, Union Council Rawat / Burhan, Murree).
Reserve / contingency day: 2026-07-10 (reserve day if auction cannot be held on scheduled date).
Earnest money / call deposit: Rs. 30,000 per lot payable as call deposit or cash in the name of the undersigned. Deposit must be submitted at the office half an hour before the auction start (by 10:00 AM).
Payment by successful bidder: Successful bidder must submit 25% of the total auction winning price on the same day before close of official hours. All taxes and other formalities are the bidder's responsibility; failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the call deposit.
Terms & conditions and document collection: Available free of cost from the Planning and Development Branch of the office of the undersigned during 09:00–15:00 hours (except Sundays).
Authority rights: District Health Authority Rawalpindi reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers at any time prior to acceptance. Grounds for rejection may be provided on request.
Publication & online availability: Notice will also appear on Punjab PPRA and on www.pshealthpunjab.gov.pk immediately after newspaper publication.
