The Government of Pakistan, Ministry of National Food Security and Research invites applications for the following contractual specialist positions under the SPPS policy on an initial one-year contract (extendable). Maximum age for all positions is 62 years on the closing date of the advertisement.

| Food Security & Agri Export Promotion Consultant (SPPS-III) | 01 | Maximum age 62 years | Master's degree in Agricultural Economics, International Trade, or related field. | Minimum 15 years progressive experience in agri-export, agri-export development, agri-supply chain, value addition or agri-management; experience in policy development, legislative implementation and regulatory affairs; strong knowledge of international standards (SPS, Codex Alimentarius) and supply chain mechanisms; excellent negotiation and communication skills; ability to support value addition and farmer productivity improvements. |
| Consultant (Minor Crops) (SPPS-III) | 01 | Maximum age 62 years | Master's, preferably Ph.D., in Agricultural Sciences, Agricultural Economics, or related field; strong agronomic and modern farming techniques knowledge. | At least 10 years' agricultural consultancy experience, particularly in crop production improvement; strong knowledge of agricultural policy, market dynamics and supply chain management; experience in planning, implementation, monitoring & evaluation for minor and high-value crops (potatoes, tomatoes, onions, maize, rice, chilies, garlic, mangoes, citrus, dates etc.); collaboration with provinces and stakeholders on production, market access, phytosanitary and food safety issues. |
