Auction: Parking (Cycle Stand) & Main Canteen Services — DHQ Hospital Bahawalnagar (FY 2026-27)

Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Bahawalnagar invites sealed bids/auctions for parking (cycle stand) and main canteen services for the financial year 2026-27. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office or downloaded free from the PPRA Punjab website.

Important conditions:

- Bidding documents/terms & conditions available from the Medical Superintendent's office or PPRA Punjab website. Submit bidding/auction documents to the office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Bahawalnagar.

- Call deposit (earnest money) will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. The CDR of the highest bidder will be retained in procurement agency custody until the signing of the contract.

- Government/Semi-Government entities are not allowed to participate in the auction process. Participation requires original CNIC and CDR; without these no one shall be allowed to participate.

- Bidders must be active taxpayers with NTN/STRN as per law.

- Contract commences upon signing and will expire on 2027-06-30.

- The successful bidder must submit payment of the successful bid into the Government account, including applicable taxes, on the day of award. The remaining amount (if any) may be submitted in a single installment before 2026-12-31 of the contract period.

- Successful bidder will be liable for all applicable taxes imposed by the Government of Punjab. Non-compliance may lead to forfeiture of submitted warranty amounts.

- Hospital Administration reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per relevant rules (PPRAs and Auction Rules cited).

- If a central contract award is made, the awarded bidder must vacate the canteen and parking premises within 15 days after prior notice; such action shall not be challenged in any court.
