Open Auction: Sale of Debris from 30 Marla Building at House No. 151-B, Ali Block, New Garden Town, Lahore

Punjab Mineral Development Corporation (PUNJMIN) invites individuals, firms and companies to an open auction for the sale of scrap material and debris on an "As Is Where Is" basis from the existing building/structure at House No. 151-B, Ali Block, New Garden Town, Lahore.

Payment & Forfeiture Terms: The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the offered amount within 24 hours of acceptance. The remaining 75% shall be deposited within three (3) working days after issuance of the acceptance letter. Failure to deposit the 25% will result in forfeiture of earnest money. Failure to deposit the remaining 75% will result in forfeiture of both the earnest money and the 25% deposit.

Site Visits & Coordination: Interested parties may visit the site during office hours on working days to conduct surveys and assess the site before bid submission. For coordination, contact PUNJMIN officials:

Successful Bidder Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and safety measures; complete demolition, removal of all debris and site clearance at bidder's cost within one (1) month from issuance of work order; restore and clear site to the satisfaction of PUNJMIN for new construction. Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after completion of the auction process; earnest money of the successful bidder will be adjusted against the 25% initial payment. PUNJMIN reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
