DHA Lahore Tender — Underground MV/LV Electrification & Street Lighting Works, Sector-W Phase-VIII (Est. Rs. 530M)

Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore invites sealed bids for the construction of Underground External Electrification Works (MV/LV) along with a street light system for newly created / re-planned area in Sector-W of Phase-VIII, DHA Lahore.

Eligibility and key requirements:

• Registered DHA Lahore companies/firms or joint ventures. In case of JV, both companies/firms must be registered with DHA Lahore (independently) and provide relevant documents.
• Valid PEC license for 2025/2026 in category C-2 or above with specialization code(s) EE-04 & EE-05.
• Proven experience of carrying out similar works (documentation required for last three years).
• All applicable taxes and duties must be included while preparing bids.

Documents required to obtain tender documents and to be submitted with bid (summary):

• Company's/firm's written request for purchase of tender documents and proof of payment of tender fee.
• Company's/firm's representative authorization letter for collection of documents.
• Valid PEC certificate and valid DHA Lahore registration certificate.
• Proof of execution of similar works during last three years (Work Orders, Completion Certificates, Contracts, etc.).
• NTN, active taxpayer certificate, proof of no litigation, and bank account maintenance certificate.

Submission and opening: Sealed bids must be delivered to the 3rd Floor Conference Room, Main Office Complex, Sector-A, Phase-VI, DHA Lahore by 11:00 hours on 2026-07-16. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives.

Right to accept/reject: DHA Lahore reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning a reason. Award of contract will be subject to scrutiny and evaluation by the Authority.
