Key eligibility and document requirements: firms must be DHA Lahore registered (joint ventures to register with DHA in independent capacity if applicable) and have relevant experience executing similar works. Required documents include: written request to purchase tender documents; authority letter of representative collecting tender documents; valid PEC certificate & DHA registration; proof of execution of similar work in last three years (WOs, CAs, Completion Certificates); NTN, active taxpayer proof; no-litigation and bank account maintenance certificate; and other documents as specified in tender documents.
Important notes: Sealed bids must follow single-stage, single-envelope procedure. Any bid quoting beyond the bidder's valid PEC financial limit and relevant category will be declared non-responsive. Pre-bid meeting will be held at the 3rd Floor Conference Room, Main Office Complex, Sector-A, Phase-VI, DHA Lahore on the date mentioned in the tender documents. DHA Lahore reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Final award will be decided after technical and financial evaluation.
