Tender: Hiring of Firm for Rental of Vehicles — SP&IU, Environment Protection & Climate Change Department (Lahore)

Project Director, Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Government of the Punjab invites sealed e-bids (Technical & Financial) for the hiring of a firm for rental of vehicles. Bids are invited only from well-reputed national/local companies, firms or contractors registered on the e-procurement platform and with relevant registration and tax authorities. Joint ventures/consortia are allowed.

Bidding documents are available for immediate download from the Punjab PPRA website and the Punjab e-procurement portal. Procurement will be conducted through the e-procurement system. Bidders must submit complete bids for all services; partial or conditional bids will be disqualified. Bid validity is 120 days. Bid security as specified below must be provided; bids without the specified bid security will be rejected.

• Bid security: 2% of the estimate (as stated above) to be uploaded in the prescribed form (CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee) in favour of the Project Director, SP&IU, EP&CC Department.
• Bidders must quote for all services; partial or conditional quotations are not allowed.
