Open Auction — Sale of Debris & Scrap from 30 Marla Building, House No.151-B, Ali Block, New Garden Town, Lahore (06 July 2026)

Issuer: Punjab Mineral Development Corporation (PUNJMIN). Open public auction for sale of scrap material and debris from an existing building/structure on an "As Is Where Is" basis (boundary wall excluded).

Key submission and payment terms:

• The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the offered amount within 24 hours of the award.
• The remaining 75% must be deposited within three (3) working days after issuance of the acceptance letter.
• If the successful bidder fails to deposit the initial 25%, the earnest money will be forfeited. If the remaining 75% is not deposited, both the earnest money and the 25% deposit will be forfeited.
• Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after completion of the auction process; the successful bidder's earnest money will be adjusted against the 25% initial payment.
• Payments must be made by Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of Punjab Mineral Development Corporation (PUNJMIN).

Site visit and demolition responsibilities:

• Interested parties may visit the site during office hours to assess the property prior to bidding.
• The successful bidder is responsible for compliance with applicable laws and safety regulations, demolition of the existing structure, removal of all debris, and complete site clearance at their cost within one (1) month from issuance of the work order.
• The site must be restored and cleared to the satisfaction of PUNJMIN, ready for new construction.
• PUNJMIN reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance of a financial proposal.
