Workers Welfare Primary School (DA/G), Evening Shift, invites e-bids from financially sound, experienced, and Income Tax-registered firms/companies for hiring of transport services to provide pick & drop facilities to students for two academic years (2026-2027 & 2027-2028).
Bidding documents including terms and the number of required vehicles are available free of cost on the PLA and E-PADS websites. Procurement will be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended to date). Interested bidders must submit bids electronically through E-PADS; manual/physical bids will not be accepted. The response period is calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA website. If a submission or opening date falls on a government-declared holiday, the next working day will be considered at the same time.
