Issuer: Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB). Expression of Interest (EOI) for engagement of a renowned consultancy firm to review project documents for the “Establishment of IT Park, Karachi” (Ref: A(01)/PSEB/2026-19).
Scope & purpose: Review and/or preparation of construction contracts and project documents, including feasibility studies, detailed engineering design, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), technical specifications, cost estimates and associated documentation.
| Eligibility | Consultancy firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (FBR) or relevant authority, with relevant experience in preparation, execution and/or review of construction/project documents. |
| Joint ventures | Participation as a Joint Venture (JV)/consortium is allowed; the lead partner will be considered for qualification and evaluation. |
