MCB Bank Sealed-Bid Sale of Bank-Owned Properties in Karachi — Submit Bids by 2026-06-22

MCB Bank Limited invites sealed bids for sale of the following bank-owned properties. Interested parties may inspect properties during business hours by coordinating with the contact person and must submit bids as per the terms below.

Key terms & bidding instructions

1. Properties are offered on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis.

2. Interested parties may visit the properties during business hours after coordination with the contact person: Mr. Anshar Ali (Landline: 0321-32641135; Mobile: 0333-2118283).

3. A bid security equal to 10% of the bid amount must be submitted as an original Pay Order in favor of MCB Bank Limited along with a copy of the bidder's valid CNIC. These should be sent to the address listed below (MCB Head Office, Lahore).

4. Last date for submission of sealed bids: 2026-06-22. Date of opening of bids: 2026-06-23.

5. The successful bidder must pay an additional 20% on signing the acceptance letter (subject to bank internal approval). The Agreement to Sell will be executed within 7 days of acceptance.

6. Pay Orders from unsuccessful bidders will be returned after completion of the process.

7. Balance 70% of the sale consideration must be paid within 60 days from the date of signing the acceptance letter.

8. Upon receipt of full sale consideration, Sale/Conveyance Deed will be executed and peaceful vacant possession delivered to the successful bidder or its nominee.

9. All expenses, registration charges and applicable government taxes are payable/borne by the successful bidder.

10. The Bank reserves the right to re-advertise, negotiate among top bidders, accept/reject/cancel/terminate any or all bids without assigning any reason. The Bank's decision shall be final and not challengeable in any court of law.
