Public Notice: Dissolution and De-registration of M/s ME-SA (Karachi)

Issuer: Partners of M/s ME-SA.

Notice: The partners of M/s ME-SA, registered under the Partnership Act, 1932 (Registration/KYC No. 2041 of 2020-21), with office at Office No. 302, 3rd Floor, 52-C, Al-Murtaza Commercial, Phase VIII, DHA, Karachi, have mutually agreed to dissolve the firm and have applied for its de-registration before the Registrar of Firms, Karachi.

Partners: Arsalan Farukh and Muhammad Hissan Awaiz.

Action required: Any person having a claim or objection against the proposed dissolution/de-registration must submit it in writing within 15 days of publication of this notice. If no objection is received within that period, it will be presumed that no objection exists and the dissolution process will proceed.
