Retainer Legal Advisor Positions – J&K State Property in Pakistan (Lahore & Rawalpindi)

Issuer: Office of the Administrator, J&K State Property in Pakistan (Ministry of Kashmir Affairs & GB). Applications are invited for appointment of Legal Advisors on a three-year retainership basis (subject to satisfactory performance).

Scope of work: Represent and defend cases on behalf of J&K State Property in Pakistan before courts and tribunals; provide legal opinions; prepare pleadings; assist in matters relating to property, tenancy, land management, estate administration.

Eligibility and required qualifications:

• Valid license as specified for each post (Supreme Court license for Legal Advisor; High Court license for Assistant Legal Advisor).
• Sufficient experience in civil litigation, particularly property, estate, tenancy and land revenue matters.
• LL.B and/or LL.M qualification.
• Applicants may be independent practitioners or Senior Partner/Owner of a law firm.
• Applicants must possess good professional standing with no criminal record or history of professional misconduct.
