Auction Notice: Canteen Lease at THQ Hospital Malakwal (Auction Date: 2026-07-06)

Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Malakwal invites sealed bids through an auction for the lease of the hospital canteen for the period 2022–27. Interested bidders must submit bidding/auction documents to the office of the Medical Superintendent during office hours.

Key conditions & requirements

• Tender (document) fee: Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable).
• Call Deposit (CDR): Rs. 60,000 (will be returned to unsuccessful bidders; CDR of 1st and 2nd highest bidder will remain with Procuring Agency until award).
• Minimum starting rate: PKR Rs. 46,000 per month (inclusive of all applicable government taxes).
• Each participant must bid in increments of Rs. 2,000 per auction (no upper or lower variation allowed for increment).
• Successful bidder must deposit three months’ rent of the awarded bid into the Government account within 7 days of award and will be liable for all applicable taxes imposed by Government of Punjab.
• Failure to comply may result in seizure of warranty/CDR and forfeiture of rights.
• Bidders must be active taxpayers (must have NTN).
• No participation without CDR, applicable enlistment, tender receipt and original CNIC.
• Hospital administration reserves the right to recall offers before award and to enforce applicable rules under relevant contract/auction laws.
