Procedure: Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). Bids must include a scanned copy of the Bid Security uploaded to EPADS and the original Bid Security delivered in a sealed envelope to the address below by the closing date/time.
Deadlines and opening: Upload on EPADS on or before 2026-06-23 at 11:00 AM. Original Bid Security must be delivered by 2026-06-23 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be publicly opened via E-PADS at 11:30 AM on the same day in the committee room of Citrus Research Institute, Sargodha.

Other conditions: Bidders must bid for the entire (100%) quantity. Conditional or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Prices should be inclusive of taxes, freight, installation and commissioning. The Agriculture Department may reject all bids prior to acceptance under rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
