Auction Notice: Canteen Lease at THQ Hospital Malakwal — Bid Deposit Rs.60,000 — Closing 2026-07-06

Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Malakwal invites sealed bids for the auction/lease of the hospital canteen for the year 2022-27. Interested bidders must submit auction documents and required deposits as detailed below.

Key eligibility & submission requirements: Bidders must be active taxpayers (must have an NTN), submit valid enlistment (where applicable), tender receipt, original CNIC, and the required CDR. Without these documents no one will be allowed to participate. Auction documents and terms & conditions are obtained from the office of the Medical Superintendent upon payment of the tender fee.

Successful bidder obligations: The successful bidder must deposit three months' payment of the awarded bid into government account within 7 days of award and will be responsible for all applicable Punjab government taxes. The procuring agency will retain CDRs for the top bidders until award; CDR/warranty may be seized for non-compliance.

Other important notes: The administration reserves the right to recall offers or cancel/modify the process under applicable procurement rules (PPRA 2014 and subsequent amendments).
