Land Acquisition Notice for Ghiskor River and Kor‑e‑Pusht Bridges — Buleda, Kech (Balochistan)

Deputy Commissioner / Collector District Kech, acting on the request of the Project Director, Improvement & Development of Infrastructure of Buleda Town Project, has issued a declaration under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 for acquisition of unsettled private land in Sub‑Tehsil Buleda, District Kech. The land is required for approaches and construction of the Ghiskor River Bridge and the Kor‑e‑Pusht Bit Bridge at Buleda under the Buleda Town Project (Phase I & II).

The notice states that a joint survey was carried out by the Naib Tehsildar Buleda together with representatives of Buleda Town Project, engineers of Building P&PH and patwaris, and that the competent authority has approved acquisition of the parcels listed in the schedule attached to the notice.
