Issuer: Divisional Superintendent Office, Pakistan Railways, Lahore. Invitation to submit e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) at http://e.procure.gov.pk for multiple special repair works on railway blocks, signal shops and public foot over bridge in Lahore and Sheran Wala Railway Colony.
Eligibility: Valid PEC-registered contracting firms and valid NTN number appearing on the BRF Active Tax Payer List. Bidders must submit a scanned copy of bid security in the form of a CDR issued by a Scheduled Bank in the name of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Lahore (name of firm/agency on CDR mandatory). Original bid security must be submitted in the Tender Box available in the office of the Divisional Engineer-I, Pakistan Railways, Bagh Road, Lahore. Tender documents are available free of cost from the e-procure portal.
Submission & opening: Bids must be uploaded on E-PADS before 12:00 hours on 2026-07-06. Only bids submitted via E-PADS will be entertained. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 hrs in the chamber of Divisional Engineer-I, Pakistan Railways, Lahore in the presence of bidders' representatives.
