PAA Invitation to Bid — Procurement of Explosive Trace Detection (ETD) Machines for Various Airports

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids under PPRA Rule No. 36(b) for the procurement of Explosive Trace Detection (ETD) machines for various PAA airports. Bids must follow conditions in bidding documents available on the PPRA E-PADS portal and be submitted electronically through eprocure.gov.pk.

Key submission & eligibility requirements

- Bidders must submit bids electronically through the PPRA E-PADS web portal (eprocure.gov.pk). Original bid security (pay order / bank guarantee) must also be received at the PAA office by the bid submission date/time.

- Prospective bidders should immediately notify PAA by an intimation letter and provide proof of active taxpayer status (100% compliance) and supply FBR / GST / NTN certificates. Intimation may also be sent to the email address below.

- Successful bidder will be required to perform and provide warranty as per contract terms. PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for cogent reasons.
