Auction Notice — Canteen Lease at THQ Hospital Malakwal (Starting Bid PKR 46,000/month)

THQ Hospital Malakwal (Medical Superintendent) invites sealed bids by auction for the canteen for the 2026-27 year. Interested parties must submit bidding documents to the Office of the Medical Superintendent. Auction will be held on the published date; if not held, the next working day will apply.

Key requirements and conditions:

• Bidder must submit CDR, valid enlistment, tender receipt and original CNIC; without these no participation will be allowed.
• Bidder must be an active taxpayer (NTN required).
• Call deposit receipts for unsuccessful bidders will be returned on the spot; CDRs of the 1st and 2nd highest bidders will be retained until award.
• Successful bidder must deposit three months’ payment of the successful bid amount (including applicable taxes) into the government account within 7 days of award.
• Successful bidder is responsible for all taxes imposed by the Government of Punjab.
• Non-compliance may result in seizure of warranty/CDR; administration reserves the right to cancel offers before contract as per applicable rules (PPRA 2014, Auction & Collection Rules).
• Auction documents and terms are available from the office after submitting the document fee.
