PASSCO Tender for Transportation Services to Shift Wheat to Multan & Khanewal Godowns (PASSCO/PROCUREMENT/TRANSPORT/02/2026)

Pakistan Agricultural Storage & Services Corporation Limited (PASSCO) invites electronic bids via EPADS for hiring transportation services to shift wheat from PASSCO Alipur Zone to PASSCO godowns in Multan, Khanewal and other zones. Tentative quantity: 40,000 MT to 90,000 MT (±15%). Bidders must quote rates per ton per kilometre inclusive of loading/unloading, labour, POL, taxes, tolls and 0.25% stamp duty.

Bids must be submitted online; original bid security must reach PASSCO before bid opening. Bid document fee: Rs.5,000 (non-refundable) available from PASSCO Head Office, 11 Kashmir Road, Lahore. Bid security: Rs.5,000,000. Successful bidder to provide 5% performance security of the contracted value. Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-15 at 1200 hours.
