Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways Lahore invites e-bids on Pakistan Railways Composite Schedule of Rates for special repair works at multiple railway colonies and stations in Lahore. Eligible contractors must be PEC-registered firms with a valid NTN appearing on FBR Active Taxpayer List. Bids are invited through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) via http://e.procure.gov.pk.
Mandatory eligibility and category requirements by item:
- Item 1 & 2: Financial category C-4 or above; specialization codes CE-09, CE-10 & EE-4.
- Item 3: Financial category C-5 or above; specialization codes CE-09, CE-10 & EE-4.
- Item 4: Financial category C-7 or above; specialization code CE-10.
- Item 5: Single-stage single-envelope basis, financial category C-6 or above; specialization code CE-10.
