Tender: Hiring School Transport Services for Quaid-e-Azam Public High School (Boys), Sialkot (2026–28)

Issuer: Quaid-e-Azam Public High School (Boys), Pakki Kotli (Doburji Chowk), Daska Road, Sialkot — operating under the Punjab Workers Welfare Fund (Labour & HR Department).

Purpose: Invitation for e-bids from financially sound, experienced and Income Tax registered firms/companies for hiring transport services to provide pick-and-drop facilities for students of the school for two academic years (2026–27 & 2027–28). A total of 18 vehicles/routes have been identified by the School Transport Committee.

How to apply / submit bids: Bidding is online via the Punjab e-Procurement / E-PADS portal as indicated in the tender notice and through PPRA. Bidders must register on the e-procurement system and submit electronic technical and financial bids as required. The procurement will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure (technical and financial envelopes).

Eligibility & requirements (summary):

• Firms must be financially sound, experienced and registered for Income Tax.
• Bidding documents with terms, conditions and required vehicle numbers are available on the e-procurement / E-PADS and PPRA websites.
• Bidders must submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the estimated contract value in favor of the Principal, Quaid-e-Azam Public H/S (Boys), Sialkot. The original physical CDR must be submitted to the school office before the electronic bid closing time; failure to submit the original CDR will result in disqualification.
• One student per seat ratio will be observed. Only vehicles meeting technical requirements will be accepted. Late, conditional or incomplete bids will not be considered.
• Technical bids must obtain at least 70% marks per the tender evaluation criteria to qualify for financial evaluation. All applicable taxes must be included in quoted rates.

Route details: 18 routes have been identified with seating capacities (up to 62 seats on many routes).
