Divisional Superintendent Office, Pakistan Railways Lahore invites e-bids from valid PEC-registered contracting firms with active NTN and appearance on the FBR Active Taxpayer List for multiple special repair works and replacement of damaged RCC slab under Pakistan Railways Composite Schedule of Rates-2016/LHR & ECRS-2021-22.
Tender documents are available free of cost from http://e.procure.gov.pk and bids must be submitted online through E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS). Bid security in the form of CDR issued by a scheduled bank in favour of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Lahore (name of firm/agency must appear on CDR) is mandatory; the original bid security must also be submitted in the Tender Box available in the office of Divisional Engineer-I, Pakistan Railways, Boghra Road, Lahore. Bids uploaded on E-PADS before 12:00 hours on 2026-07-06 will be accepted; bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 hrs in the chamber of Divisional Engineer-I in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
