Issuer: National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Government of Pakistan. NAVTTC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible training partners to deliver a free High Tech IT training programme under the Prime Minister's Youth Skill Development Program (PMSYDP) Batch-III. International certifications and partnerships with institutes/academies offering international certifications in Pakistan are encouraged.

Eligibility & key conditions:
- No joint ventures are allowed.
- IT institutes and software houses are preferred; principal/vendor partners (academies/institutes) may apply.
- Provision of CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
- Only NAVTTC registered institutes will be entertained; institutes that did not perform satisfactorily in international certifications (Batch II) will not be considered.
