Key Terms & Conditions
- Successful bidders must pay 25% of the bid amount immediately (at spot).
- The remaining 75% along with applicable government taxes must be paid within 7 working days.
- All lots must be removed by the buyers at their own expense within 15 working days from the date of auction. In case of failure, a penalty of 0.5% per day on the left-over value of scrap will be charged.
- The President Auction Board reserves the right to accept or reject any offer.
- Rs. 2,000/- entry fee (non-refundable) will be charged as entry fee.
- Interested parties/individuals with valid original CNICs should report at the respective barrier/gate within the reporting window (0830–1000 hrs) on the auction date.
