Position	Key Responsibilities	Eligibility & Experience	How to Apply
Company Secretary	Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SECP rules and corporate laws; act as Secretary to the Board and its Committees; prepare agendas, minutes and statutory returns. Maintain statutory books, registers and corporate records; advise Board and management on corporate governance and regulatory matters. Coordinate between Board, management, shareholders and regulators; perform duties as assigned by the Board/CEO.	Member of a recognized body of professional accountants OR member of a recognized body of corporate/chartered secretaries; OR master’s degree in business/finance/commerce or law from an HEC-recognized university. Minimum 20 years post-qualification relevant experience with at least 5 years in senior management or executive-level roles, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance and board affairs. Must meet Fit & Proper criteria as defined under Schedule-IV of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023. Chief Internal Auditor	Evaluate accounting, financial, credit and operational activities; review adequacy of accounting, financial and operational controls; design and implement internal audit programs. Develop and lead internal audit team; coordinate with external auditors and Audit Committee; undertake special audits and investigations as directed. Evaluate compliance functions and risk controls, especially for SOEs or sector projects.	Member of a recognized professional accounting body qualifying CA/CPA/ACMA/ACCA, or MBA (Finance) from a reputable local/international university/institute. Minimum 20 years post-qualification relevant experience with at least 5 years in senior management or executive-level roles; strong expertise in auditing, risk management and internal control design. Must meet Fit & Proper criteria as defined under Schedule-IV of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023.
