A public sector organization (KIRAN, Karachi) invites sealed tenders from reputed and experienced firms/contractors for hiring rental transport services for institute employees on contract basis for a period of one year (extendable up to 05 years).

How to apply / submit bids: Tender documents and detailed specifications can be downloaded from the PPRA website. Tender documents may also be obtained from the Accounts Department, KIRAN, Karachi during working hours (09:00 AM to 12:00 PM) by applying on company letterhead and paying the tender fee. Payment must be made by non-refundable bank draft/Pay Order in the name of KIRAN, Karachi. Tender fee in cash will not be accepted. Sealed bids must be submitted as per tender instructions.
Opening & presence: Bids will be collected up to 11:30 AM on 2026-07-15 and opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
Authority & rules: Acceptance or rejection of bids will be made in accordance with PPRA Rules 33(1).
