Punjab Government Tender: Supply of Food, Stationery & Consumables — PIMPD Lahore

Management & Professional Development Department (Punjab) — Punjab Institute of Management & Professional Development (PIMPD) invites sealed bids for supply of food, stationery and other consumable items for FY 2026-27. Bidders may submit bids for one or more lots as detailed below.

Key eligibility & mandatory requirements:

• Valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration with active NTN and active taxpayer status with FBR.
• Items to be procured under framework contract/PPRA Rules 2014 (Section 15) for a period of one year after issuance of Purchase Order where applicable.
• Punjab Pure Food/ Punjab Food Authority certification required for meat and food items; food safety compliance is mandatory.
• Estimated cost and bid security are specified against each lot; bids not accompanied by required bid security shall be rejected.

Submission & opening:

• Bid submission deadline: 2026-07-14 at 12:00 PM.
• Bid opening: 2026-07-14 at 12:30 PM.
• Bids must be submitted and will be opened in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents.
