Auction: Canteen/Tuckshop & Parking Services at DHQ Hospital Lodhran — FY 2026-27

Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Lodhran invites sealed bids/auctions for two service lots for the financial year 2026-27. Bidding documents and terms & conditions are available from the office of the Medical Superintendent on submission of the non-refundable document fee.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Bidding documents available from the Medical Superintendent's office on payment of PKR 1,000 (non-refundable) per lot.
- Submit bidding/auction documents to the Office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Lodhran. Original CNIC and tender receipt required at submission.
- Earnest money is required as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 10% of reserve price. CDR of unsuccessful bidders will be returned on the spot; CDRs of the highest and second-highest bidders will be retained until contract maturity.
- Bidders must submit affidavits of non-blacklisting and provide an enlistment certificate of Category A (where applicable).
- Bidders must be active taxpayers and provide NTN/STN as required.
- Successful bidder will be required to make payments to the government account as per the terms on award. The contract will commence upon signing and will expire on 2027-06-30 (or earlier if replaced by a central contract).
- Hospital administration reserves the right to reject all offers before award under PPR 2014 (amended) and relevant auction/collection rules.
