Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Resident Engineer, Jinnah Hydel Power Station (JHPS) Kalabagh invites electronic bids from firms registered with FBR and active taxpayers for supply of materials on JHPS on DDP basis. E-bidding will be conducted through WAPDA’s e-PADS (V2.0) vendors portal; manual bids will not be accepted. Single-stage one-envelope procedure will be followed.

Important instructions:
- Bidders must be on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and registered with FBR.
- Bidding is electronic through WAPDA’s e-PADS V2.0 / vendors portal; follow the e-bidding rules and upload required documents. Manual/physical bids will be rejected.
- Bid security must be furnished in the form of CDR (as specified) in favor of Resident Engineer, JHPS Kalabagh. The name of the bidding firm must be mentioned on the CDR.
- Tender documents, specifications and requirements are available on the e-bidding portal and PPRA website. Cost of RFP/BOQ as per PPRA rules is available on the e-PADS portal.
- Single-stage, single-envelope procurement procedure will be followed.
