NHA Invitation to e-Bids — 49 Routine Maintenance Works (Punjab-North)

National Highway Authority (Punjab-North, Central Zone) invites e-bids for 49 routine maintenance works on national highways. Works comprise multiple routine maintenance packages (various chainages on N-5, N-80, N-70 and other routes) to be executed under separate contracts. Prospective bidders must be registered contractors with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, and must meet PEC category/eligibility as specified in the bidding documents.

Bidding documents, method of procurement (single stage two envelopes), detailed terms and conditions, bid security requirements (as per bidding documents) and online e-bidding instructions are available on the NHA e-procurement portal. E-bids must be prepared and submitted online in accordance with the bidding documents. Technical e-bids will be opened online (financial bids will be opened later for technically qualified bidders). Manual/hard copy bids are not acceptable except as explicitly required for bid securities if specified.
