The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC), Islamabad invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) for pre-qualification of rates for printed items/material required by FPSC during the financial year 2026-2027. Bidding will follow the Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) procedure under PPRA rules and E-Pak Procurement Regulation 2023.
