Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites e-bids through e-PADS for multiple civil works packages (Tender Nos. 135–153) for the Year 2025-26. Works include construction and renovation of staff flats and bungalows, roads, office buildings, approach roads and gates, computer centre renovation, M&R works and related civil jobs within the FESCO Faisalabad service area.

• Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and have a valid PEC registration renewed for the year 2025-26 with the required specialization code as mentioned against each tender package.
• Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and provide Income Tax Returns for the last three years.
• Contractors must be registered for sales tax with the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) where applicable.
• Bid security amounts and detailed PEC category/turnover requirements are specified per tender in the bidding documents.
