Issuer: Treet Corporation Limited. Notice of persons offering themselves as Directors pursuant to Section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017, as a continuation of the EOGM notice published June 04, 2026 (corrigendum dated June 17, 2026).
Purpose: To notify shareholders and the public that the following persons have filed notices of intention and necessary documents to offer themselves for election as Directors of the Company at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) of the Company. As the number of persons offering themselves is not more than the number of Directors fixed by the Board, the named persons shall be deemed to have been elected as Directors for a term of three (3) years commencing July 01, 2026.
