Scope of work: Represent and defend cases on behalf of J&K State Property in Pakistan before courts and tribunals; provide legal opinions; prepare pleadings; and assist in matters relating to property, tenancy, land management and estate administration.
Eligibility and required qualifications:
- Valid license: Supreme Court of Pakistan (for Legal Advisor); High Court license (for Assistant Legal Advisor).
- Sufficient experience in civil litigation, particularly property, estate, tenancy and land revenue matters.
- LL.B and/or LL.M qualification.
- Candidates working independently or serving as Senior Partner/Owner of a law firm preferred.
- Good professional standing with no criminal record or history of professional misconduct.
