Issuer: National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan. NAVTTC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified training partners to deliver a free High-Tech IT training programme under the Prime Minister’s Youth Skill Development Program (Batch-III) with international certifications and PMYSDP Batch III.
Scope: Seeking Principal / Vendor partners (academies, institutes, software houses) to provide training in advanced IT trades with international certification pathways. Only NAVTTC-registered institutes will be entertained.

Eligibility & Requirements: NAVTTC-registered institutes, academies or software houses preferred. Principal/vendor partner model (academies/institutes). No joint ventures allowed. Provision of CCTV cameras with IP link is mandatory. Institutes that did not perform satisfactorily in previous international certification batches (Batch II) will not be entertained.
