Municipal Committee Kameer Tenders: Beautification of Sadar Bazar & RCC Sewer Pipeline

Municipal Committee Kameer invites sealed bids through the EPADS e-procurement platform (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/) under PPRA rules for fiscal year 2025–26. Procurements will follow prevailing market rates and Technical Sanction rates in the MRS List Bi-Annual 2026. Bidders must follow the Single Stage – Single Envelope procedure and meet all requirements in the bidding documents.

Key submission requirements:

• Bid submission: Upload bids on EPADS by or before 12:00 PM on 2026-07-14.
• Bid opening: 1:00 PM on 2026-07-14 via EPADS in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and bidders/authorized representatives.
• Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR or Pay Order from any scheduled bank in Punjab, in favor of Municipal Committee Kameer. The bid security must be uploaded with bidding documents on EPADS and the original CDR/Pay Order submitted to the office of MC Kameer before closing date/time.
• All bids must use the prescribed price schedule and required forms/tables from the bidding documents; incomplete, unsigned, ambiguous, or conditional bids will be rejected.
• Successful bidder to execute agreement on stamp paper within seven (07) days of issuance of Acceptance Letter and provide applicable performance guarantee as per government rules.

Other conditions such as compliance with B&R Code (Rule 2.82), liability for delays, and rejection of fake/forged documents apply as detailed in the bidding documents.
