Pakistan Railways Auction: Lease of Railway Land (Parking Stand) at Sialkot Railway Station

Pakistan Railways, Office of the Divisional Superintendent, Lahore Division, invites sealed/open public bidding for the lease of a railway land site for use as a parking stand at Sialkot Railway Station. The auction will be held on the date and at the venue shown below. Government employees, railway defaulters, and persons who have filed court cases against Pakistan Railways are not eligible to participate.

Important instructions & conditions

- Bidding will be conducted through open public bidding on the announced date and time.

- Each participant must deposit a refundable bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) and a non-refundable participation fee as specified in the auction terms. Deposits must be submitted to the Auction Committee at least one hour before the start of bidding.

- The successful bidder will be liable to pay a percentage of the offered bid amount as annual rent and other dues as per Pakistan Railways rules; security/adjustments will apply per the auction terms.

- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons. All applicable government taxes, duties, fees, and registration charges must be borne by the lessee.
