University of Narowal invites electronic bids from eligible firms/companies/sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered with relevant authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, etc.) for supply of stationery items and printing papers. Bids will be received under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids as instructed and provide the required bid security.

Key requirements and instructions:

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated price (in acceptable forms such as CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order as specified).

- Bidders must be registered with relevant tax and registration authorities and meet eligibility criteria stated by the issuing office.

- Bids are electronic; technical and financial proposal submission and other tender conditions must follow the procedures published by the University of Narowal.
