Legal Advisor & Assistant Legal Advisor (Retainer) — J&K State Property in Pakistan

Office of the Administrator, J&K State Property in Pakistan invites applications from qualified and experienced Advocates / Law Firms for appointment on a three-year retainership basis (subject to satisfactory performance) for legal advisory services.

Scope of work: Represent and defend cases on behalf of J&K State Property in Pakistan before courts and tribunals; provide legal opinions; prepare pleadings; and assist in matters relating to property, tenancy, land management and estate administration.

Eligibility & requirements:

- Valid license: Supreme Court of Pakistan (for Legal Advisor); High Court license (for Assistant Legal Advisor).

- Sufficient experience in civil litigation, particularly property/estate, tenancy and land revenue matters.

- Academic qualification: LL.B. and/or LL.M.

- Candidates may be independent practitioners or serving as senior partner/owner of a law firm.

- Applicants must provide complete particulars including date of enrollment, courts of practice, number and nature of important cases handled, and professional experience.

- Good professional standing is required; no criminal record or history of professional misconduct.
