Public Notice — Revision & Verification of Record of Rights for Deh Konar, Taluka New Saeedabad, District Matiari

Issuer: Office of the Mukhtiarkar (Revenue), Taluka Saeedabad, District Matiari (Board of Revenue, Sindh).

Purpose: Under the Board of Revenue Sindh's Order (BOR-I/Rev-11/36/2026/Misc/RW dated 2026-02-12) a special revision, amendment and verification (re-writing) of the Record of Rights is being carried out for Deh Konar, Taluka New Saeedabad as part of the province-wide digitization and updating of land records. The revised and verified record shall be prepared by the Mukhtiarkar and finally verified by the concerned Assistant Collector.

Action required: Any landholder who has an objection regarding his/her name, survey number, ownership rights, land particulars or any related matter must submit the objection in writing to the offices of the Mukhtiarkar and the Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Saeedabad, within 15 days from the date of this notice. If no objection is received within the specified period, the record will be rewritten (re-written) in the names of the concerned stakeholders/shareholders as shown in the revised list.

Scope: The public notice contains the revised/verified entries for multiple landholders (S. No. 1–11) in Deh Konar, including survey numbers, area, shares, share as area and entry numbers. The Mukhtiarkar (Revenue) Taluka Saeedabad is responsible for preparation of the revised record.

Notes: The notice lists detailed revised entries (survey numbers, areas, shares and entry numbers) for eleven serial records. Landholders should consult the Mukhtiarkar's office, Taluka Saeedabad for the full schedule and to lodge any objections.
