Issuer: Lahore Development Authority (LDA), UD Wing (Chief Engineer I - Asrar Saeed Khan). LDA invites e-tenders (Single Stage–Two Envelope, PPRA-38(2)(a)) through the Punjab e-Procurement / EPADs system from registered engineering firms/contractors holding valid PEC licences and active tax registration. Bidders must be registered on the E-Tendering website (Punjab e-Procurement) and follow the online submission requirements.
