Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites applications for the post of Company Secretary to support corporate governance, board procedures and regulatory compliance for the distribution company serving over 3.88 million customers.

Position	Minimum Qualification	Experience / Requirements
Company Secretary	One of the following: Membership of a recognized body of professional accountants Membership of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce or Law from an HEC-recognized university	Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience as Company Secretary in a reputable company (for members of professional bodies) For master’s degree holders: minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in a reputable company Strong business acumen, judgment, and experience in senior-level management positions; ability to manage Board-level compliance, secretariat functions and corporate governance

Salary and tenure: Market-based competitive salary. Initial contract for a period of three years, extendable. Age limit: 60 years as on last date of submission.

Applications should be submitted online via the IESCO website and the hard copy should be sent by post along with a detailed CV, attested copies of testimonials, CNIC, domicile, experience certificates and a recent passport-size photograph. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. No TA/DA will be admissible. The company reserves the right to withhold/cancel the recruitment process. The selected candidate will be required to join immediately on receipt of the offer. Last date for submission is 15 days from the date of advertisement.
